Medlere UClia POCT CLIA Analyzer
Advanced Homogenous CLIA Technology
Medlere UClia is a homogenous CLIA detection system. It involves the coupling of photosensitive microspheres and luminous
microspheres within a distance range of 200 nm, releasing singlet oxygen ions, which transfer energy and emit light at a high
energy level of 520-620 nm. The light signals are converted into electrical signals to detect the analytes.

  • 01
    No Washing/Separation
The test is performed in a single step without any washing or separation.
All reagents are pre-loaded inside the test cartridge, and the reaction happens automatically after adding the sample.
  • 02
    Nano-scaled Technology
Powered by nano-scale materials, the system enables more efficient antigen-antibody reactions and stronger signal detection.
  • 03
    Light-initiated Reaction
The reaction is triggered by light, ensuring accurate timing and consistent signal generation.
    1. Precise control – reaction starts exactly when needed
    2. Stable performance – reduced variability between tests
    3. Reliable results – consistent signal detection
Light-initiated technology delivers greater control and reproducibility.

FAQs
  • Does the UClia system require trained laboratory personnel?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
No. The UClia system is designed for easy operation.
  • What is dry chemiluminescence technology
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Dry chemiluminescence is an advanced immunoassay technology where all reagents are pre-loaded and lyophilized inside a single test cartridge.
The reaction is triggered by light, generating a signal that is detected and analyzed automatically.
  • Is cold storage required for reagents?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
No. All reagents are lyophilized and stable at room temperature.
  • What sample types are supported?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
The UClia system supports Whole blood, Serum, Plasma, Urine, etc.
  • Is maintenance required?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Minimal maintenance is needed due to:
    No liquid system;
    No tubing or washing modules;
This results in lower maintenance cost and higher uptime.
  • How many tests can be run at the same time?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
The analyzer supports 12 independent testing channels, allowing flexible and efficient workflow.
  • Do I need to perform calibration?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
No routine calibration is required. All test cartridges are factory-calibrated, with calibration information encoded in each lot of test kit. The system automatically reads and applies the calibration during testing.
